How Do I Return My Order?

On all of our pillows (except for travel pillows and pillow protectors), we honor a 30-Night satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to process a refund on your pillow. Please kindly note, we do not process refunds for orders past 30 days, even if unopened. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping, and we do not refund the initial shipping cost.

Please return the pillow with your proof of purchase and order number within 30 days upon the receipt of your pillow to the address below:
