There is a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase, less the cost of shipping and handling. Be sure to keep your receipt, a receipt is needed for satisfaction guarantee and warranty claims.

Travel pillow, pillow protectors, replacement parts, and mattress covers are non-refundable. 

Any losses incurred due to the attempted returns of non-refundable items or items purchased outside of the 30-day satisfaction period is solely the responsibility of the purchaser. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process after receiving.
